Shipping Policy & Terms

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and received within the time frame advertised, please make sure to enter the following when placing an order.

CORRECT EMAIL 

VEEJUVENATE will not take responsibility for incorrect information

BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAY

                                SHIPPING and TRACKING

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your tracking information states your package was DELIVERED and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service. Items are only shipped to address given so please make sure it is correct. We do not hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED. We do not issue REFUNDS for packages which state delivered. Refunds are only given when items are damaged OR out of stock you can also request a new item with no shipping fee charged. Store credit is also an option.

Due to the high volume of orders, we cannot cancel an order after it has been placed.

Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process and ship your order. Once order is shipped an email with tracking information will be sent directly to email given on order. Please allow tracking number to update with USPS. Order can be shipped out before but this time frame is given for wiggle room for any delays.
